By accessing or using Claimslens, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Use of Service

Claimslens provides a cloud-based platform for hospital claims management. You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel anytime with no penalties. Refunds are available for annual plans within the first 30 days.

Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you upload to Claimslens. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data.

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will notify you of planned maintenance.

Limitation of Liability

Claimslens is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service with 30 days notice. Upon termination, you can export your data.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
